These messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming service appointments and Paradise Plumbing's goods and services (e.g., events, coupons, promotions, product launches, sweepstakes, and contests).
The number of Paradise Plumbing text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of its text messaging programs you sign up for. You will receive a maximum of five (5) marketing-related messages per month. The frequency of non-marketing messages will vary as such messages will be directly related to a scheduled or recently completed service call.

Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
To opt-in to receive text messages from a Paradise Plumbing text messaging program, please contact us at 954-563-0110, select the appropriate option when scheduling services on our website, or follow other instructions provided by Paradise Plumbing.
To stop receiving text messages from a specific Paradise Plumbing text messaging program, text STOP to the ten-digit number for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out from that program.
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Paradise Plumbing immediately if you change your mobile number. You agree to indemnify Paradise Plumbing in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify us if you change your number, including but not limited to all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to various circumstances or conditions. You understand that network services, especially mobile network services, are outside of Paradise Plumbing's control, and Paradise Plumbing is not responsible for issues resulting from them.

You agree to review these terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive our text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
Paradise Plumbing may suspend or terminate your receipt of its text messages if it believes you have breached these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of our messages is also subject to termination if your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Paradise Plumbing reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or any part of its text messages, with or without notice.
