“Absolutely the WORST company I have ever encountered. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, Chris, multiple times from the AC department and never get a call back. Asked to be escalated to the owner, Jason, and he, too, never calls back. Seems like no one knows what they are doing over there. I have many friends in the area and will be sure to pass along that this company is ineffective, starting with its upper management, which seems to have significantly declined in the last year. It was clear from how the AC tech presented that he is not supported in his position. When you call, the customer service reps are playing rap music, stumbling over their words, rude and uninformed. I own and invest in four very successful companies in the area, including a 5-star hotel, and would be completely embarrassed to invest or own this one. Only a matter of time before this one fails!!”
