“Excellent! Highly recommend! Expect easy, accurate and timely scheduling, timely and professional communications and honest assessment and service!
My experience: Palm Beach County Water Utilities emailed an alert to me that my consumption was over-running by 10-30 gallons an hour.
After checking the usual suspects (toilets, faucets, garden hose, etc.) I found no visible leaks, puddles or water stains anywhere; however, the water meter was spinning and I had to shut off the main water supply line (to be clear, I had no water).
I contacted Paradise Plumbing, Air & Electric via the internet. It was a hot, late Friday afternoon on Mother's Day weekend, when my technician, George Kent, arrived. He was polite, focused, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
Findings: Hidden leak under the floor slab. At this point the best practice is refer to a specialized leak detection company using advanced ultrasonic, etc. tools and equipment, to pinpoint and minimize potential “demolition areas”.
From 25 years of home ownership in South Florida, I know that most if not all, plumbers would leave at this point, likely charging for time and/or labor. However, George persisted to identify the hot water pipe as the culprit so that, not only could I safely access my hot water on a limited, interim basis, if necessary, I had full access to my tap water! This is a big, big deal because this type of repair doesn’t happen overnight.
The clincher: I was given a written report and No Charges! Paradise Plumbing, Air & Electric website states, in part: “No Service Fee; We don’t charge you just to have a plumber come to your home; Whether you use us or not, calls are free, and We go the extra mile, always”. All true; thank you so much!”
