“Very disappointed as I thought this was a good company. I was wrong. I bought an annual a/c service contract and when the technician came out he damaged the ceiling access to my unit. When I complained to the a/c manager Jon he told me he would send his handyman to fix or replace the cover. After 3-4 weeks of the “too busy to come now” excuse I offered to hire my own handyman if they would reimburse me. Jon agreed so I had the repairs made and sent him a copy of the invoice for $172. It took multiple emails and phone calls before he confirmed receipt. He told me he was forwarding it to accounting for payment. That was 3 or 4 months ago now. I sent several email follow ups but never heard back. Now, I’m worried what could happen next if I let them back into My condo for the 2nd maintenance service. I’m now out $172 plus the $125 second service. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.”
