“I was wholly disappointed with the electrical service that I received. As Paradise charges a premium for their electrical service (~40% higher than another corporate electrical provider), I would expect premium service. That is not what I received at all. The electricians absolutely destroyed the drywall above the interior panel in order to install a 12-foot run that followed an existing wire chase. They carved out a 2' x 2' section of drywall but did it in small pieces. When they put it back up, they were not able to line the pieces up, so now it looks like a horrible jigsaw puzzle with pieces missing. One electrician told the other that it was ok, "they can get a drywall guy to fix it." I shouldn't have to replace 4 sf of drywall for a wire install that followed an existing chase, especially when I'm paying a premium price. As that lack of care indicates, they did a poor job of cleaning up the rest of the job. I continue to find wire, insulation and tape scattered around my yard. For the inside cleanup, they actually asked me for a broom and dustpan instead of using a shop vac to clean up all the dry wall dust on the floor.

The entire process with Paradise was disappointing, from the initial estimate to the revised estimate to the actual work. I will not use them again and do not recommend them for electrical work.”
