“I had the absolute pleasure Tuesday, September 23 of two very courteous, professional technicians for my AC maintenance. When I tell you, they greeted me with a smile and right away they got my attention. It was when they were performing maintenence of my air conditioner and thoroughly explained the process to me as I carefully watched most of the time, as I was so accustomed to wham bam, thank you mam service techs, the in and out in 20 mins. Not these guys, Lucca & Edmond wre amazing. They let me know my unit was in good shape, but suggested enhancements that could extend the life of my unit and enhance the quality of air and mold control. I never knew these items were available. I am truly going to consider where & when I can fit some of their suggestions into my budget. Great jobs fellow. Paradise Pluming, Air & Electrical for life for me. Oh, I neglected to mention the plumber, Cameron that also came out same day. He too was charismatic and oh so polite. Talking about honest, Cameron let me know, there really wasn't anything wrong with my toilet. It took him simply to adjust the handle. “The plumber, Reggie, was able to locate the source of a leak close to my water shut off valve. I thought maybe it was my bathroom piping since water was pooling into the kitchen from what looked liked the bathroom. He was able to access and fix the problem from outside without having to demo my new bathroom. Problem was not from any previous renovation. Time, labor and material cost were very reasonable. He didn’t try to upsell any plumbing work. Reggie just walked me through step by step how far he needed to proceed to fix the problem just in case the job was going to cost more. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work, cost and customer service from everyone I had contact with in person or by phone at Paradise Plumbing and A/C.”
