“Previously, a water shut off valve was installed, but it started leaking. Dillon was very polite, very thorough, and cleaned up after the job was complete, It was stress free for me, except for the guy that came before Dillon and wanted me to pay $350 to see if the leak was their problem. I dug it out myself, informed the office and then I got Dillon. He really deserves a 5 star rating. Can’t express enough about an honest repair job done by an extremely helpful Dillon. He’s the best.”

“The only reason I use paradise plumbing is because Dillon is a great plumber. This time I called and asked if you repair dishwashers. I asked twice. I was told Dillon would come take a look at it and there would be no fee for the estimate if they could repair it. Dealing with the office is always a nightmare. I have to follow up just to get a COI sent which they say they sent… but does not arrive until I call to request it again. Then a different plumber is sent ( not Dillon) and I tell the office ‘I specifically asked for Dillon why wasn’t he sent?’ . They stop responding. The office is unbelievably unprofessional and quite obviously poorly trained.”
