The entire process with Paradise was disappointing, from the initial estimate to the revised estimate to the actual work. I will not use them again and do not recommend them for electrical work.”

“Job was requested to ensure that the pipes were not rotted and there was no blockage. Requested the use of a camera and a snake. I received a written confirmation as to how they will accomplish the above and also the pricing.
When Technician arrived he also let me know what will be done to accomplish fixing my problem. He also told me that if he did not have to use the snake to clean the any blockage he will be adjusting my bill. This shows the honesty and integrity of this Company and the Technician. I had 4 separate team members who came out and no one was able to fix my leaking air conditioner. “First of all, I got a call back immediately from your company .They were able to schedule inspection of my hot water heater yesterday and were able to install a new hot water heater today. Joe was my first contact yesterday. I am so pleased they were able to see what needed to be done yesterday quickly schedule and complete the work today! Joe then sent pictures of my new hot water heater. . Efficient, polite, very patient, answered all my questions. I am in another state and because, I couldn’t be there, I had to feel confident they could work respectfully with property manager to open the outside gate and my apt.to a company new to our co op community.
