“The plumber, Reggie, was able to locate the source of a leak close to my water shut off valve. I thought maybe it was my bathroom piping since water was pooling into the kitchen from what looked liked the bathroom. He was able to access and fix the problem from outside without having to demo my new bathroom. Problem was not from any previous renovation. Time, labor and material cost were very reasonable. He didn’t try to upsell any plumbing work. Reggie just walked me through step by step how far he needed to proceed to fix the problem just in case the job was going to cost more. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work, cost and customer service from everyone I had contact with in person or by phone at Paradise Plumbing and A/C.”
