“This company is not well managed and continues to prove it to me. About 10 months ago I executed a service contract with them for my daughter’s condo a/c. When the tech came he damaged the ceiling access cover to the air handler. It took several Months but they finally reimbursed me for the cost of a handyman to repair/replace the access cover. I asked for a total reimbursement of my service contract as I would not have them come back. Instead, Jon, the a/c manager said he would send us a gift card. That never happened. Now I am continuing to get monthly statements indicating my account is past due. I have also received phone calls from them asking to schedule my plumbing inspection. Very strange as I never used them for plumbing. Each time they call I explain the situation and am told they will correct it. First time this happened I called Jon again who said he would fix it and was still going to send me a gift card. What a joke. Never happened and am still getting past due invoices. Be very careful if you choose to use this company.”
“I’m giving a 5 star because everyone was very nice. However there were issues, the guy installing blew water through a line he thought was a drain line and it flooded the dining area and the garage. That sucked. Other than that everything was great! Thank you John and ray”

“Paradise just completed a service call to upgrade a 25 amp circuit breaker to a 30 amp. Actual job took 15 minutes. The complete home electrical inspection and resulting upselling attempts took over an hour. While one can appreciate the effort to make sure smoke detectors, GFI's, indoor panel & outdoor panels are all in good working condition and up to code (at the time they were installed), that's not what the requested service was all about. Everything electrical is in good working order; no pending catastrophes here. What ever happened to a tech coming out and working on whatever they were sent to do, without requiring them to inspect the whole system and attempt to upsell services?”
