“Originally I posted a negative response about this company when they did not show up to fix my AC. Mistakes happen and I was happy with the way the team tried to make things right with me. The reason for my negative response was that they tried to say that that appointment was not for the day, even through I had a text confirming. Mistakes happen and owning up to them is why I gave them a second chance. The tech was grreat, I just move into this and didn't even know where the water drain.
