“Originally I posted a negative response about this company when they did not show up to fix my AC. Mistakes happen and I was happy with the way the team tried to make things right with me. The reason for my negative response was that they tried to say that that appointment was not for the day, even through I had a text confirming. Mistakes happen and owning up to them is why I gave them a second chance. The tech was grreat, I just move into this and didn't even know where the water drain. Demarcy, from Paradise Plumbing, came to check for a possible leak from my bathroom showers down to the condo beneath mine. No leaks were found. He also made sure that both new toilets, which he installed on May 13th, and a new Moen kitchen faucet, are secured and leak free. It makes me feel better to know that all is well with my new items. I also am happy that Demarcy makes sure that the task he does is perfect to the end; every bolt and nut is placed exactly right to prevent any leaks.
