“I contacted Paradise because they advertise 24/7 emergency services I called and talked to AI to make an appt. for leaking A/C. An emergency visit was scheduled earlier this morning 1230am-3am. No one ever called or showed up. I called and went around and around with the AI phone contact. I was transferred to dispatch to contact the tech 3 times. No answer. I called to report that 4 times and my call was supposedly escalated to management. No call back. 1/2hr later I was done and contacted another company. I spoke to a real person!! Have an appt for today!! Definitely do not rely on Paradise.”
“I have use this company seveeral times over the past year, snaking my pipes, fixing my AC and replacing toliets. On April 23 I had them come out to see if I had fruit flies or sewer flies. It was determine that I had sewer flies with required them to knock down a wall and plug up some nails to elimiate this problem. I paid a $1,800 deposit and was told that including the sevvice they provided and what was needed it woould cost around $3,000, not including the dray call be repairs and painted. When I received the invoice, which has no details, this job was going to cost me $3,800. At that time, I decided that I should not move forward with this, since it was much more than what they thought, I called to cancelled the job. Between April 27 thru the 30th, I called them and requsted a refund on my deposit that I paid for this work. As of today, I have had no return calls and or refund on my credit card. Although, I do like their technicals and they are very knowledgable, working with this company is not worth my stress and time. I do not recommend them and I my suggestions to the Technicals is find a better company to work for.”
“While installing the thermostat the mirror was cracked. It’s a wall mirror. Unbelievable drilling into a mirror. My calls are received by machine and I receive no response. Also the heat during the day goes up to 80 degrees. The air being circulated is from the garage which is the hottest part of our home. Help!!”
“I had a plumber come to my house to see if I had fruit flies or sewer flies and was told they were sewer flies.
The plumber sent down a camera and told me they needed to remove the dry wall to repair the pipes. I paid a deposit for this repair 1,800.
I call three time requesting a refund, no refund and the date they were suppose to provide this service as past.
I would not hire this company, it is management that is the problem. All of the technicals I have had come to my house are exceptional.
I used them several times and always had problems with them. I was giving then one last chance because I do like the technicals that work for them.
Did not work out. Do not use this company, so many better ones around. Found out that they were fruit flies and not sewer so I do believe that I was scammed.”
