“Excellent experience so far! My AC stopped working so I reseached reviews and selected Paradise. They were scheduled for tomorrow but had a cancellation and came today. The technician, Raymond Scott, reviewed and we had the choice of a costly repair which would only last so long or a new unit. Raymond and the office team he works with got me a really good deal. However, the unit they selected would have had some issues fitting in my AC closet so I got an upgrade AND THEY HONORED THE ORIGINAL PRICE! Plus the unit is in stock so the job will be done tomorrow morning.
