“The only reason I use paradise plumbing is because Dillon is a great plumber. This time I called and asked if you repair dishwashers. I asked twice. I was told Dillon would come take a look at it and there would be no fee for the estimate if they could repair it. Dealing with the office is always a nightmare. I have to follow up just to get a COI sent which they say they sent… but does not arrive until I call to request it again. Then a different plumber is sent ( not Dillon) and I tell the office ‘I specifically asked for Dillon why wasn’t he sent?’ . They stop responding. The office is unbelievably unprofessional and quite obviously poorly trained.”
